DESCRIPTION

Created for Citi's Global Consumer Technology organizaion and targeted at college students and recent graduates, this site provides information about Citi's technology internship program and how to apply. I analysed this site and was able to streamline the content and simplify the user experience, allowing for the target audience to focus on the two most important goals of the site: learning about the program and applying. This led to a 45% increase in applications compared to the year before the redesign.
